What are the booking conditions for an excursion?

We prepay all services provided by our partners to ensure smooth operations and a high level of tour organization.
The deposit covers organizational expenses and the reservation of spots with our partners.
To confirm your participation in the tour, a 50% deposit of the standard tour price is required, plus any additional services and the cost of airfare (if flights are included in the program). The standard tour price refers to the amount excluding airfare and additional services.
If the tour is canceled due to our fault, all funds will be fully refunded.
Weather conditions during the tour are not grounds for a refund.
Detailed booking and cancellation terms are provided by the manager at the time of booking

I’ve paid for the excursion. What’s next?

Our manager will send you a payment confirmation. A few days before the trip, the coordinator will add you to the tour group, where you’ll receive all the necessary information — including route details, meeting time, and preparation tips — and you’ll also be able to meet other participants and ask any questions.
We take care of your comfort and are ready to help you at every stage of your journey!

How do I know what to bring with me on the tour?

A few days before the excursion, we add all participants to a group chat. There, you’ll find a detailed packing checklist, the tour schedule, and meeting points with locations, and you’ll also be able to get to know all the participants. If you’re on a private tour, we’ll send all the information via direct messages

Can I go on the tour with children?

Conditions for children’s participation in tours
Children of any age can join the following tours:
North Bali, Nusa Penida, Batur Jeep Tour, Gili, Komodo, Sumbawa, Lembongan.
Age restrictions:
Ijen Tour and Batur Trekking — from 8 years old
Java Expedition — from 12 years old
Participation rules for children:
On group tours, at least one adult must accompany each child
On private tours, one parent may travel with two children; in this case, the guide can give more individual attention than on a group tour
Please note that transfers can be long and may be tiring for children. If a child has difficulty handling long drives, this may cause inconvenience for other group members
