Day 1

The transfer picks you up from your hotel
You arrive at the meeting point, change clothes, and receive a briefing before the ascent
The trekking begins. You start the ascent to the summit of Mount Batur. Along the way, you will take rest stops and enjoy the starry sky and views of the village lights
You watch the sunrise, take photos, enjoy the views, and have a light breakfast
You walk to the peak of Mount Batur (1,717 m) and see steam rising from the depths of the volcano
You walk to the opposite side of the crater and take photos at the viewpoint with the sign and flag
You begin the descent. You arrive at the starting point, change clothes, and share your impressions
You arrive at natural hot springs, swim, relax after the ascent, enjoy the views, and have a meal

What level of physical fitness is required for Mount Batur excursions?

No special physical training is required to climb Mount Batur

What is the temperature on the volcano?

At sunrise, it can be cool on the volcano, around +15 to +20°C, but don’t rush to put on very warm clothing — during the ascent you will be moving a lot and will stay warm

Is it possible to take children on a Mount Batur tour?

Yes, you can bring a child aged 10 and older on the tour. It’s best to уточнить this with the manager in advance
